Instrumental Music, a brand-new album of works by Edward Gregson is out April 9, 2021 on Naxos and includes four world premiere recordings.

The selection of instrumental pieces is Gregson’s own and spans more than half a century, including three Novello pieces, Serenat Notturna for violin and piano, Love Goddess for viola and piano and Tributes for clarinet and piano.

The soloists are drawn from two leading symphony orchestras with which Gregson enjoys special relationships, the Hallé and BBC Philharmonic.
