        Programme Note

        Nattens Drejebænk - The Lathe of Night is composed for and in cooperation with Gert Sørensen. The piece makes use of electronics; for example the sound of playing on wineglasses is amplified and sustained and used as a background and contrast to the sharp, angular march-(marking time)-like rhythms.
