This major revival of Andrée Howard’s poignant ballet provides a welcome chance to see Howard’s portrayal of adolescent love and the disillusionment that inevitably follows.
Schoenberg’s Pierrot Lunaire and Liszt’s Marguerite and Armand make up the other works on the bill, in a programme that explores different facets of love. Performances are October 17, 19, 20, 26, 27 and November 1.
